Sunday Funny; Snoopy isn't the only funny Beagle!

My silly Willie girl! Dogs really are four-legged angels who traded in their wings for tails. Cheesy, I know. But I swear sometimes, these sweet little beasts are our sanity's salvtion.

Thankful...

All of us at Blessed Nest would like to wish everyone a very happy, healthy and safe Thanksgiving. May you be surrounded by loving people, wonderful food and abundant peace in your heart. We are so, very thankful for all of you. Wishing those who have recently lost loved ones a special bit of love this holiday season. Hold tight to those around you. Be thankful that they are there. When they are gone, be thankful for the time they blessed your life.

Hem your blessings with thankfulness so they don't unravel.  ~Author Unknown

How to make The World's Best Turkey by Grace (age 7)

I am about to teach you to make the world's best Thanksgiving turkey. First of all, you need to get a left ofer turkey. First you take a tea spoon and fill it with salt. Wen you have a tea spoon of salt cut a "pocket" in the turkey. Wen the "pocket" is in the turkey, put the tea spoon of salt in the "pocket". that is in the turkey. Next, you need to have two feet of thyme, cut it up and put it in the "pocket" that is in the turkey. Last, but not lest, bake the turkey in the oven for about two or three hours on 89 degrees fairinhight.
